So I just wanted to preface this by saying that I am just a n00b on these forums, but how do I know what song we are on, for later purchase at, say the iTunes music store?

normally I update the tracklist on a track by track basis while the show is airing, but the chat room may be your best bet. asking people what song is currently playing. there's usually some knowledgeable people about in there...plus I'm usually in there as well.

now if its after the show is done airing, you can always shoot me an email or ask on the forum as you have done here. just give me a set time (in minutes elapsed or remaining) for when the track you like is playing, and I can pick it out for you.

there are a lot of dance tunes on itunes. but you might have better luck checking mp3 stores like beatport.com, audiojelly.com, trackitdown.net, djdownload.com, etc
