Bruce Gibbons has started to take the underground electronica scene by storm. In 2000, Bruce plucked his first bass cord striking a passion for music he would never leave. Soon after leaving alternative/Hardcore music, Bruce found his true passion: DJing electronica music.
In the winter of 2002, Bruce stumbled on a record from Paul van Dyk called "For An Angel". This song summarized everything Bruce dreamt of. DJing was only the start for this young prodigy as Bruce began producing club riveting tracks in 2006. He is expected to release some stellar tracks in Spring '07.
Bruce began gracing the electronica scene by opening up for headline DJ's such as Gabriel & Dresden,Kenneth Thomas,Benny Banassi,Josh Wink,Charles Feelgood,Sandra Collins Above & Beyond.Currently Bruce has been seen tag-team DJing with Dave Molina (San Antonio Local DJ). He is often seen performing at various San Antonio night scenes such as H20 Meta-Lounge (SA), Metropolis (SA), and Planeta Bar-Rio (SA).Recently Gibbons has taken on residency in Austin, TX at Sky Lounge.
Gibbons has only just begun on what seems as a divine quest from the music gods. Music is a path only a selected, devoted few can journey down. Night by night and performance by performance more people will have the opportunity to experience Gibbons' music mixing and producing.
David Biczok was born in 1985 in Budapest, Hungary. He is only 19 years old, but he creates tracks on as high level as other big names. Got appreciative replies from lots of Dj and producer, and his tracks are played in many places. His first release was at the age of 18.
About his work:
David has had a strong interest in making music since his early childhood. He first met classical music when he was 6. At that time he learnt how to play the piano, but he felt, that is not enough for him. After 2 years, at the age of 8 David got his first music maker program, and started to create own tracks, known as Dj Dawee. These tracks was really elementary, but everbody has to start somewhere.
After this period of his life(superposing prefabricated loops etc…), he wanted more and more. He wasn’t satisfied with this type of making music, and would like to create own melodies. His brother showed him the program: Fast Tracker. This time he was learning how to make trance. For several years David used FT2, to learn the art of melodies. He changed his name to Airfish, because he realised, that he likes making music much more than Djing. By the way, at this time he made some parties in his school. Since he was 15, David joined an amateur musician crew, so called Free-e. Here he was shown new programs and tecnics. He has learnt how to make better mastering, that’s why he started to create much better tracks. He made tracks in other styles like: progressive-house,progressive-trance,ambient, etc… Immediately sent demo tracks to several record companies, but they told him: nice work, but not good enough.
David didn’t give up. He has invested more time and energy in his work, and at the age of 18 this investment has paid back. He made a remix to Naksi vs. Brunner and they really liked it. At this time he had to change his name to Soliquid, because Airfish was committed. Now he is working on lots of tracks at the same time, and got many projects indeed. He is learning how to mix to be able to be a DJ also, and to make parties.
With his diverse and energetic sound, Tyler Michaud has emerged as a leader of next generation DJs and producers. His impressive production repertoire has been released on numerous top dance music labels including System Recordings, Armada Music, Aurium, and Baroque Records, while having been playlisted by top international DJ's including Paul Van Dyk, Tiesto, Sasha, John Digweed, Paul Oakenfold, Hernan Cattaneo, Dave Seaman, Markus Schulz, Nick Warren, and Armin van Buuren. Along with hosting his own radio shows on Proton Radio, & DI.FM, Tyler has been hard at work refining his fresh and heavy hitting style that has made him America's next rising-star DJ.
Inspired by a wide array of styles from melodic prog to techno and dirty electro, Tyler's music is both well-rounded and distinct. With huge, driving bass lines, captivating melodic elements, funky tech grooves, and organic rhythms, Tyler's New School technique lends an innovative character to the EDM scene. As the future of dance music unfolds, Tyler's sound will continue to evolve as he makes his mark with ground-breaking style and bold enthusiasm.
Born 1984 in Gothenburg Sweden. He discovered dancemusic at early age, listening to J-M Jarre, Vangelis and Ravemission and Trancemaster -CDs. Carl's schoolmate introduced him to a program called Fasttracker II but he didn't really get hooked until he tried Fruityloops (now called FL Studio). After messing around with the program for 3 years with no earlier music education he produced tunes with quite satisfying results. Inspired by Armin van Buuren, Airwave, Above & Beyond and also by old trancemaster tunes he produced the tune All Day which was signed to Somatic Sense, then a couple of months later Radiance which ended up on the B-Side.
