, Arctic Kiss has been one of our most demanded releases.

Now backed with a rather large remix pack and spread across two releases we don't think this will disappoint!

Part Two on the Enhanced label features the full on peak time mixes of the vocal trancer. Kicking off the release is the original version, and backed by two fantastic remixes, well three really as you will hear that there are some really lovely additions to Andy Blueman's superb insrumental version of his already huge remix! Jonas Hornblad also crafts a stunning remix that see's him do something slightly different for the sound he's better known for; this is a refined, stripped down remix that really makes the best of the vocal and original.

Look out for Part One on the Enhanced Progressive label featuring stunning remixes from Andy Duguid and Sami Saari.

Tune of The Month - Mixmag June 2010
4 x ASOT plays - Armin van Buuren
TATW 311 with Above & Beyond

Monster Tunes serves up a rather unusual and surprising release on their main imprint. Usually we're being lavished with banging and uplifting tunes but this one is on the progressive and housey side of things. Ben Preston is especially known for his Black Hole releases, not to mention the tight sound he delivers. Speaking of Black Hole, Ben teamed up with the British singer/songwriter Susie last year and created "Why We Run" which was featured on the 14th edition of the In Trance We Trust series - now Ben and Susie are at it again. Mr. Daniel Kandi is on the remix duties and runs with the credit for having "Remember Me" playlisted on A State Of Trance nothing less than 4 times! This release also includes an Instrumental version of Ben's original as well as Radio Edits.

Review

Original Mix
By all means, a more trancey Ben Preston than usual on this records; he still keeps some housey elements though. The percussion is sharp and has an exotic touch. Susie's vocal kicks in early in the track and the simple lyrics are consise and spot on. The bassline is groovy, bouncing, energetic and banging thus should be perfect to kicking off a good trance set.

Daniel Kandi Remix
Daniel is an expert when it comes to working with vocals and he treats them well in this mix, incorporating an Anjuna-feel by applying a vocal stutter effect, which works as an instrument. The tune has got the melodic and satisfying Kandi atmosphere but certain elements stand out from his known trademark sound; the saw lead sounds like something we'd expect from names such as W&W or Jochen Miller albeit with a more happy approach to the melody. Notice the subtle piano layer just before the outro - delightful!

Oliver Brooks
serves up the 5th release on DSR with this tough double header. At a young age, Oliver shows he's adept at slick, tight production with a succession of top draw recent releases.

Chances will find favour with those who enjoy the style of Activa's recent remix on DSR - tough, driving trance with techy elements. The second track of the EP, With You has a more refined, classic trance sound with lush, crisp leads and warm bass.

Martijn Stegerhoek debuts on Enhanced
's progressive offshoot ahead of his impending collaboration with Daniel Kandi on the main label.

Martijn's someone we have high hopes for as he clearly has the necessary finesse and intelligence aplenty in his crisp trance productions to make him stand out from the crowd.

Kicking off the two tracker is Maybe We Should; following on from Paul Tarrant's superb Sunset Serenade, this is yet more sunkissed trance on the Enhanced Progressive label. Yes, it's not even Easter yet but we just can't resist releasing these gorgeous progressive trancers... true music to warm the soul.

The flip see's Martijn hint at what he's capable off when he ups the tempo, with the mid paced Seven Chances. Following in a similar vein to that of Maybe We Should, this is yet more super smooth melodic trance.

An assured debut from Martijn Stegerhoek... and definitely a name for the future.

Enhanced favourites Sequentia and Static Blue
combine on sister label DS-R for this emphatic no holds barred trancer. As you'd expect from the collaboration between these two hot names, the track pleases those with a penchant for all things uplifting, with its pulsing bass and standout main hook, and finished off with a delightful piano line.

Anjuna protege Dan Stone adds a huge bassline to his rework, as well as all those elements that have made him such a promising name in the current scene.

Sean Truby rounds off the package with a darker interpretation of the original, doing so to great effect.

"TUNE OF THE WEEK" on A State Of Trance #442 with Armin van Buuren

Enhanced
's leading label hits the 50th release with this huge trancer from none other than Adam Nickey.

Having produced several remixes for the label over the past 4 years, Adam finally chalks up his first full release, and it's been well worth the wait!

Those who are fans of Adam's pure trance style will not be disappointed as he hits all the right notes with this super slick uplifter.

Remixes fall to 3 of Enhanced's main stars, Ferry Tayle & Static Blue, and Suncatcher.

Ferry Tayle & Static blue use their signature Trapeze / L'Acrobat sound to great effect as they take the track in their own distinctive direction - a remix not to be missed.

The young Suncatcher again proves why he is so in demand at the moment, having seen his recent release top the charts at the leading dance music portals. Upping the pitch, he once again turns out a simply stunning remix that will no doubt see great success this spring.

1. September Falls
2. Players With Soul

After the huge success of his debut EP with us, Steve Bolger aka Redstar and Red Force Recordings label boss has returned with yet another massive two track EP, which we think far surpasses his previous effort and is set to do major damage on dancefloors worldwide!

Gaining support from major players on the club circuit and featuring on compilations such as Ministry of Sounds huge 'Euphoria' Trance Awards 2009, Redstar's last EP gained a lot of recognition for this rising US producer and we think his talent will go a lot further and beyond this current crop of productions.

'September Falls' is a hugely euphoric peak time track that we're sure you won't forget in a hurry, while 'Players With Soul' on the B-side is equally as euphoric and also has all the energy and melodic delights to sweeten those appetites for main room tunes. The production isn't too bad either ;-)

Paul Tarrant must have been sat on a beach or at least looking at one when he crafted this absolutely beautiful, sundrenched record!

Those currently residing in the northern hemisphere can be forgiven for thinking it's actually peak time summer when listening to this brilliant record.

Remixes fall to one of our favourite producers, Joni 'JPL' Ljungqvist, who crafts a quite brilliant remix, if anything even upping the temperature further!

New Enhanced signing Audien warms us up for his impending release with yet another stunning rendition of the original, adding his own unique 80's tinged synths.

Gery Rydell, another new Enhanced signing takes the track and makes it his own with a superb progressive house take on the original.

Austin's finest Chad Cisneros and Dave Reed return to Enhanced  with another stand out release.

Utopia is without a doubt one of those 'instant' records that quite literally slaps you about the face repeatedly with its quite brilliant arrangement!

With a bassline worthy of rocking any crowd, and a synth line to die for, we're pretty certain this is the boy's best instrumental track yet... and having heard what they have in store for 2010, don't be surprised if Tritonal is a name on everyone's lips come the end of the year.

Remix duties fall to the undeniably brilliant Arty; another fantastic talent to look out for this year, and as with his Trapeze remix, he delivers a brilliantly lush and slick rework of the original.

Also featured is Tritonal's own reworking for early set plays.

A huge release for USA's No. 1 Trance duo.
