We are also taking a look back at the origin of this show. Half a year ago DJ Alutech invited XDR to do a guestmix for his show Arctic Sessions on the online radio station Party107.com. Using Ableton Live for the first time to do a full set and playing some of the mashups he is known for, the set was very well received and DJ_Mark offered XDR the chance to get his own show on the station. However, doing a weekly show can take up quite some time, so XDR decided to wait till he was ready.
He was also not the only one with interest for doing a radio show. His two friends Fly and gomaster shared the same passion for music and had also been DJ-ing and collecting vinyls for a while. During the summer and their vacation in Spain the three decided they would form a DJ team together, in which they would combine their ideas and skills (and vinyls

Preparation for a radio show soon began, but we were all three quite busy with other things as well (school, work, etc.) so we have had a few delays. One of the things that took us a while was coming up with a good name. We finally decided to mix up the first two letters of each of our real names, look at all the possibilities and pick the best one.
This resulted in the name XiJaro.
In October we finally pulled through and aired the first episode of our show. What happened since then can all be read on this forum
On the agenda is a huge megamix for the end of the year (most likely gonna be aired during Christmas) for which you can all post your favourites of this year
here. A website is also in the works. We had an early version up for testing but at the moment it's not online. We need a new server first
