Guest Mixes Return

That's right. With Wes Johnson on leave right now, and Greg going back to school full time in September, the guest mix segment will be returning, along with a mixture of live and pre-recorded shows. In the past we've show cased guests like Andrew Parsons (real music recordings), Chris Chambers (alter ego records), Chris Luzz, Perry O'Neil, DJ Virgen, Alt+F4, Enmass' Randy Boyer, Robert Burian (Rob B, BuRo), Syntagma, Passiva (Galen Behr), Scott Richardson, Sean Tyas, Kris O'Neil, Jazper, Shawn Mitiska, Kenneth Thomas, Danny Taylor, DJ Ampz, Hydroid and Andi C to name a few, as well as on our ETN show Leon Boiler and Terje Bakke. As for if the show remains intact in its current state on a super busy Wednesday for Party107, will be in question as Johnson & Corbett strive to bring back a reliablility that's been lacking of late to a respectable radio station in Party107, be it through working things out, resurfacing/rescheduling (reduced time slot such as 1 hour from 2, or bi-weekly from weekly), or (and I hope not) cancellation.

Expect a return from Wes Johnson for a show or two in October, either representing us, or as a guest.

Cristian's set will play on time, as I have it sitting here with me. Lowski sent me an updated mix for last week at the last minute, however the login page to set up a live broadcast was down and there was no way to send the set to the party107 servers on time or to have that set up (due to the last minute update).

Additionally, Lowski has publically released the mix he shared with me, thinking that his guest mix wouldn't be aired, and had been skipped. The mixup has been fixed and Lowski will make a new guest mix in the near future and will hopefully have it to us in time for next week, if not I will make the appropriate scheduling changes until it is ready. He is in the process of moving to another city so we'll see.

Upcoming guest mixes in the next few weeks include the return of the popular Cid K, and a new one from Ilya Koronez, a Russian producer/DJ. Potentially a mix from local talented DJ Jimmy Vallance as well.
