Okay I should know this, but I don't. I heard it again last night while working on servers all night. The lyrics are female and say

"Its another daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay" . That's the first part of the chorus. Was too late to remember anything else  

Was played during one of James Cosgrove's "Selective Sounds" shows.
