Network Downtime (2008-07-20)

Hi everyone.

We are deeply sorry about the downtime that affected our streams and website today, and unfortunately it was completely out of our control. There were two rounds of network trouble at our main datacenter which caused outages this morning and evening. We are told things should be returning back to normal now, however further issues cannot be completely ruled out. We will continue to monitor things as always and provide further information as available.
