Call to Action - Help Support Party107

Dear Party107 listeners,

We are currently faced with a new and unforeseen challenge in bringing Party107 to you. The company that we trusted for years to provide music licensing/royalties has closed their business out of the blue with no advance notice. This has caused our stream links to become unavailable for legal reasons.

Stations like Party107 are required to pay royalties for every listener that listens to every song we play. This is true even for stations like us who make no money from operating. Music licensing and server infrastructure make up the monthly cost that it takes to keep us on the air.

We are working as quickly as possible on figuring out alternate licensing arrangements, however the current options will significantly increase our operating costs on the order of at least 3-4x more than our previous costs. This is unfortunately not sustainable without your help.

In our 15 year history we have always been commercial free, relying on funding from our staff and donations from the community. We must now ask for specific support in order to keep running. Below are a few ways that you can help keep Party107 on the air:

• Donate - We estimate a minimum $3600 cost for the next year of music licensing (not including server costs). Reaching $1000 will allow us to get back on the air immediately with a 3 month buffer. If you are able, a monthly recurring donation would be greatly appreciated.
• Shop Amazon - Use the Amazon button on the right side of our site every time you shop with Amazon. You'll get fast shipping and great customer service from them and be helping us out at the same time.
• Host with us - If you run a blog or website, don't pay a huge faceless corporation for hosting. Donate to Party107 on a monthly basis and we'll host your website on one of our servers in the same world class datacenter that has kept us stable for many years. • Sponsorship - If you run a business and are interested in sponsoring our website or streams, please contact us.
• Be creative - If you have any ideas, requests for potential premium features, etc, let us know! We are open to any possibilities in order to generate enough revenue to stay on the air.
